Roof Replacement (Strip & Resheet)

Oversheeting/Overcladding
Oversheeting is a smart, cost-effective way to upgrade an old or failing roof without the disruption of a full strip-and-replace. Instead of removing the existing sheets, we install a new lightweight metal roofing system directly over the top, using spacer brackets to create a ventilated cavity.
This method improves; weather resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation and aesthetic appearance.
