We converted a WWII aircraft hangar in North Lincolnshire into a modern storage and distribution facility for Manby Storage Services. The project was technically demanding, driven by the sheer height and scale of the structure and the need to work precisely within the constraints of an existing building rather than a blank canvas. By carefully integrating new steelwork and modern systems into the original fabric, we transformed a historic asset into a safe, efficient, and fully usable commercial space

Aircraft Hangar
We delivered a new aircraft hangar and museum building for We’ll Meet Again in Boston, Lincolnshire, providing a permanent home for their Hurricane. The project had stalled after the initial design, developed with a regional main contractor, proved unviable on cost. By rigorously value-engineering the scheme without compromising function, we enabled the project to proceed and delivered it at around 55% less than the originally specified build cost.

Business Park Construction
Stonebridge Business Park, Kirton, Lincolnshire, is a high-quality multi-let development designed to meet growing demand for modern trade space in the area. Phase 1 comprises 10 high-spec units ranging from 120–200 sqm, suitable for a variety of occupiers. Positioned in a well-connected and expanding location, the scheme forms the first stage of a planned four-phase build-out, creating a scalable commercial hub that will support local business growth for years to come.
